Overview: Dwrli intends to simplify the property search process in the UAE by leveraging advanced AI algorithms. The app analyzes users’ interactions, preferences, and search patterns to curate a list of properties that best match their needs. This approach aims to reduce the time and effort typically associated with finding a new home or investment opportunity, making the process more efficient and user-friendly.
Objective: Develop an AI-driven application to revolutionize the UAE real estate market by delivering highly personalized property recommendations for renting or buying, based on user’s preferences and behaviour.

UX process Used
The double diamond process was used for structure, user-centred design, as it helps designers to focus on understanding the needs of users and iteratively refining ideas based on feedback.
- Discover Phase – The focus is on understanding the problem that the design is trying to solve. It involves conducting research, gathering data, and identifying user needs and pain points.
- Define Phase – Defining the scope of the project and coming up with potential solutions. It involves generating ideas and selecting the most promising ones to use.
- Develop Phase – Developing and refining the chosen concepts. It involves creating high-fidelity designs, prototypes and feedback.
- Deliver Phase – Creating the final product or solution and bringing it to market.
